Guaranteed Stores is a family owned and operated refurbished appliance business that first opened its doors in 2014 in beautiful Greeneville, TN. Over the years, our small business has grown from a singular location to now four locations serving East Tennessee and Western Carolina.

Yes! We get large quantities of brand new appliances in all major brands, as well as new “scratch and dent” appliances. We are also a Speed Queen dealer who carries multiple models and colors.

No, we only carry major appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, microwaves and occasionally dishwashers. We also get oddball items such as push mowers, table saws, grills, generators, etc.
